No response in a week. Again, I am really sorry that this request was not looked at before, and we are working on a way to improve response times on Phabricator. Please reopen this task if this is indeed still needed.
In December 2019, I tried escalate one of my requests from status normal to high because of long waiting for responce, and had warning of ban. So I did not try that again. All my requests were waiting and waiting, so even the project was hold still without development. Some of my tickets were created about four months ago. I feel deep dissapointment of support on Miraheze. No explanation, no excuse, no appologise was provided for no support too long. Of cource I can not expect nothing from volunteers. Do you guys still want to grow the miraheze project and expect for donations ? First build trust.
And yes, it still needed.
I would like to again apologize for the way that your requests were treated, and for the fact that someone warned you of being "banned" for changing a task priority. Unfortunately, we currently do not have many volunteers and for these months the way that Phabricator functioned did not work well resulting in tasks being missed. We have now started a new system to ensure that all tasks are looked at. Extension security reviews may take a bit longer as before activating any extension we always make sure that it is secure for our users.
