Changes vanished from RecentChanges leading to wiki getting closed

Description

Changes vanished from Special:RecentChanges on my wiki at some point in time which led to it getting closed. This is the most recent edit that is not shown on RC; I can give you more examples if needed. Thanks.

@Reception123, you rebuilding RC did not help, unfortunately. I am okay with its current state (although it's not ideal) but what I really want is to know why this happened. Thanks.

Yeah, that's why I didn't close the task. I think it could be related to those localisation issues on MH which also caused the history of the merger RfC to not display properly for a while.

This is very much an active situation. The oldest edit I can see on RC is from 16 January despite choosing to view the last 60 days' edits.

This seems to be quite the issue and not only on this wiki that can lead to the manageInactiveWikis script wrongly closing wikis.

I thought you fixed it with the previous change? I don't know if there's any evidence of wikis being wrongly closed after that>?

The change I made was just a safe guard to prevent them from being totally deleted. This seems to still be an active issue.

I see that my wiki isn’t stuck in closed status anymore, thanks very much for that!

I still have the issue of my wiki’s edit history going missing, though. I’m kind of reticent to make any further edits right now since I’d rather not lose any past or present work on the content. Is there any way to restore it?

Technology-Team (MediaWiki): given the seriousness of this task, can it get some attention?

I disabled manageInactiveWikis yesterday in the meantime until can find something with this.

Has this been resolved yet?
